In March we hosted Saperavi TV. They observed the working process in the cellar and recorded an interview with the director of the operating company of our cellar and with the Head Winemaker – Maia Baidoshvili.

During the interview, the director has highlighted company views, mission and positioning on the Georgian market. As mentioned in the interview, it is vital for the company to maintain the oldest traditions while protecting the modern standards for creating the highest quality produce. The operating company of the Abulashviili Family cellar, Flavor of Tibaani – Vintage Traditions LLC, has been registered on the Georgian market since 2023 and ever since it has been producing Tibaani micro-zone wine Protected Designation of Origin (which is an official appellation) and Saperavi of Mukuzani micro-zone. Producing wine represents the family tradition for the family of Abulashvili. Wine Tibaani is an exceptional wine with its fruit tones characteristics and aroma, which makes it distinct and special for its origin. The wine goes through a strict control and certification so that it meets the highest standards on both Georgian and the international markets.

According to the hear wine-maker grapes of the local origin undergoes all the required stages in order for the company to get the highest quality wine.
