Village Tibaani is part of micro-zone which let the winemakers to produce wine of Protected Designation of Origin. The appellation has brought legal recognition to the vineyards of Tibaani.
We are proud to be representing part of Georgia that has preserved and brought to the modern society the oldest traditions of Kakhetian winemaking of Georgia.

*Tibaani Protected Designation of Origin is an amber dry wine.
The wine is made from the best crops of Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the vineyards of Tibaani. Wine is aged in Kvevri using the traditional Kakhetian method.
Kvevri (also referred as Qvevri) is an old traditional clay pot which is placed in the soil and is used to age wine naturally.
The micro-zone Tibaani is located in Kakheti, Sighnaghi Municipality, eastern part of Georgia.
